About Credit

• Store credits accrued from orders will be made valid one day after delivery is complete. The credits will be classified as expendable until one day after delivery.
• Considering return and exchange, store credits will be temporarily held pending and will not be available for use until they’re converted to valid credits.
• Valid store credit (Total amount – Used amount – pending amount) can be used to purchase items.
